Nsoromma Resources is a limited liability company established under the laws of Ghana. The company was formed by seasoned Ghanaian Mining Professionals with the aim of investing and participating in the sustainable development of mineral resources in Ghana.
We invest in mining projects for sustainable jobs creation and economic development while ensuring healthy dividends for shareholders. As part of our project development strategy, we ensure human capital development and corporate social investments to enhance economic development in the project catchment areas
Technical and Managerial Expertise
With experience across the value chain activities of a modern mining business/operation (and experience in restructuring mining businesses), Nsoromma Resources features Engineers, Mineral Economists and Financial Experts, all of whom have worked in Ghana and overseas in Management Positions across some of the global mining multinationals (BHP (US and Australia), Minerals Development Oman, Thiess Ltd (Australia), AME Mineral Economics (Australia), Asanko, Chirano, AngloGold Ashanti etc.). The team’s expertise ranges from mine planning, operational improvement and management, business development, financial restructuring, project funding and mergers and acquisitions.
