Letitia Amponsah-Mensah (Mrs)

Letitia, is a Director at Pamicor Ltd and a secretary to Nsoromma board of Directors’. She is a trained secretary and has over 20 years’ experience in the mining industry. Her exposure cuts across the various aspects of supply chain management and labour negotiations in the mining industry. Her experience in the mining industry has mainly been at AGA Obuasi mines, where she was Personal assistant to the Head of Supply Chain division and later procurement officer. She was the womens’ representative of the Ghana mine workers union (GMWU-AGA). As a GMWU representative, she was responsible for the women’s wing of the union, and a member of standing negotiating committee of the Mine union collective bargain agreement (CBA). At Pamicor she is also responsible for all Labour related issues and non-direct mining businesses. Leititia holds Diplomas in Labour studies from the University of Cape Coast, and Secretaryship from the Kumasi Technical University all in Ghana, and the Academy of Learning Cape Town, South Africa.
